Yoga and breathwork are powerful practices that help cultivate awareness, balance, and connection between the body, mind, and spirit. Through mindful movement, conscious breathing, and present-moment awareness, these practices can help calm the nervous system, reduce stress, improve emotional regulation, and foster a deeper sense of inner peace.
Modern research increasingly supports what ancient traditions have long understood: our breath plays a vital role in regulating the nervous system, influencing everything from anxiety and mood to sleep and overall well-being. By learning to work with the breath and reconnect with the wisdom of the body, individuals can develop greater resilience, self-awareness, and capacity to navigate life's challenges.
At Tender Roots Therapy & Wellness, we believe that wellness should be accessible to everyone. Too often, financial barriers prevent people from accessing the supportive practices that help them thrive. Our mission is to bridge the gap between wellness and affordability by offering accessible classes, workshops, and community-based programming that make holistic healing available to more people. We are committed to creating an inclusive space where individuals can explore movement, mindfulness, breathwork, and connection—regardless of where they are on their journey.

Join us in our beautiful yoga studio where we collaborate with local practitioners and experts to bring you affordable wellness classes. We believe Wellness is holistic - That’s why we offer a variety of classes including Yoga, Breath-work, Pilates, and Core/pelvic classes.

Yang Yin Yoga with Caitlin
Tuesday evenings
6:30 pm - 7:30 pm
Wind down your evening right, connect with your body and regulate your Nervous System.
This class is a balanced practice where we experience movement in vinyasa flow style as well as longer holds in restorative yin postures. We focus on linking breath with movement and receive the benefits of longer, supported holds for deep rest.

Mornings Slow Flow with Caitlin
Saturday Mornings
11:00 am - 12:00 pm
Start your weekend rejuvenated and connected. This class offers a mindful start to your day with some gentle breathwork. Caitlin offers a slowed down asana practice and finishes off with a body scan meditation.
We hope you will leave feeling relaxed, grounded and more present in your body so you can take on what the weekend has in store.
