Hi, I’m Stephanie (she/her),

Are you looking for support with anxiety, stress, depression, mood changes, PTSD, trauma, grief, loss, relationship challenges, or self-esteem concerns? The world can feel really heavy, let's talk about it.

My approach is client-centred and flexible, because you are the expert in your own life. I primarily draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), while integrating other approaches based on what feels most helpful for you. I often incorporate mindfulness and always aim to ensure our work together feels meaningful, relevant, and aligned with your needs. I believe therapy should meet you where you’re at and help move you toward a life that feels more manageable, more connected, and more like your own. I know how important it is to feel safe, understood, and not alone.

My puppy Lenny sometimes joins sessions. She is still in training, so please let me know if this doesn’t work for you and we can make sure to accommodate.
