I believe that healing unfolds one layer at a time and change begins when we gently turn inward and begin to accept, trust, and forgive ourselves. My goal is to help you navigate and untangle the complexities of your mind and inner world clearly, meaningfully, and manageably. I strive to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and accepted, greeting even the darkest parts with curiosity, warmth, and non-judgment. Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all model, I tailor my approach to meet you exactly where you are.

In my individual work, I support clients with self-esteem, social anxiety, OCD, insomnia, eating disorders, and attachment-related concerns (including navigating difficult relationships and breakups). I offer structured, evidence-based strategies to help you better understand your thoughts and emotions, regulate your nervous system, and work through patterns that may feel overwhelming or hard to shift. Together, we can explore and care for the parts of you that feel stuck, critical, or protective—while building a stronger sense of self-compassion, self-responsibility and resilience.

In my couples work, I draw on the Gottman Method and EFT to support partners across all stages of their relationship, including navigating conflict, infidelity, attachment challenges, life transitions (such as pregnancy), separation, and reconnection. I hold a neutral, balanced position and focus on helping both partners feel heard and understood. Couples therapy is not only about resolving conflict—it is also about learning skills, reconnecting, rebuilding, and moving forward.

Together, we will:

  • Clarify your individual needs, goals, and values within the relationship.

  • Identify attachment patterns and explore how past experiences may influence your current dynamic.

  • Learn practical, evidence-based communication and conflict resolution skills.

  • Strengthen emotional connection, rebuild trust, and deepen friendship and intimacy.

If any of this resonated with you, I’d welcome the opportunity to connect for a free consult to see if we’re a good fit.
